Our signature barre class consist of high energy, non-stop barre work using small, isometric movements to help develop strong muscles. Each class provides a vigorous total body workout, while strengthening and toning targeted areas. Suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advance members.

PILATES MAT:

We offer classical, modern, and fusion Pilates classes that are guaranteed to strengthen your core, increase flexibility, and tone your entire body. Suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advance members.

PILATES SCULPT:

Work all muscles in this core-focused Pilates class, blending classic exercises with an invigorating soundtrack. With bala bangles and seamless choreography, intensify your workout to enhance burn, strength, and flexibility.

VINYASA FLOW:

Foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body while breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. Suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advance members.

POWER FLOW:

An energizing vinyasa flow focused on building strength from the ground up. Linking breath to movement, you’ll explore dynamic shapes and postures in a deeply connective practice. Suitable for intermediate and advance members.
